Description

It is a semi-hard cheese made from fresh milk from free-range animals on the slopes of Mount Vertikos. Spicy cheese flavor embroidered with the aroma of burnt cedar and frankincense, it is a tickling stimulus for the taste cells of every meracli.  Two hours before serving it, we must take it out of the refrigerator, leave it at room temperature, so as to release all its characteristic organoleptic elements (aroma, taste, etc.).
