Cook bream  like fresh vegetables, without thawing.

You will only need (for 4 people ): 1 package of Briam Barba Stathis 1,000 g, ½ cup of olive oil. 1 cup of Barba Stathis grated tomato , 2 cups of water (for the pot) or 1 cup of water (for the kettle), salt, pepper

In the saucepan: Sauté the contents of the package with half the amount of olive oil over low heat for 5-7 minutes. Increase the intensity of the stove, add salt, pepper, the tomato on the grater, the rest of the olive oil, the water and mix them gently. After boiling, cover the pot, reduce the heat to half and simmer the bream for another 35-40 minutes.

In the pressure cooker: Follow the recipe as described above, but use half the amount of water (1 cup). Cover the kettle and after its valve is raised, reduce the intensity of the stove to half and simmer for about 10 minutes.

In the oven: Follow the casserole recipe but cook for 15 minutes instead of 35-40. Then, pour the contents of the pot into a pan and bake in a preheated fan oven at 180 degrees, for about 40 minutes.
