If your order isn't dispatched, you can cancel it any time through your account, or send us an email or call us.

If you don't have an email from us to say that your order is completed or dispatched, you can modify it through your account or contact us to help you.

If you place an order before 15:00 we full fill it the same day. If for any reason, we need to speak with you about your order and we can't find you over the phone, probably we send you an email (please check your email). Please check also with the delivery company if you have an email from us, that your order is dispatched. Some times is not in our hand, but we try to be as fast as we can.
